MEET THE CHEF

NATALIE WATSON

Hi!
I'm Natalie

My passion and love for food began in the UK in the early 1990's!  Since then I've been working in restaurants, private functions, parties, royal weddings to name a few.  I've tried and tasted a lot and my passion for food continues!

 

At home, I love to grow my own veggies and bring their freshness and vibrancy into the kitchen! I enjoy bringing together interesting combinations of flavours and spices and a lot of my dishes carry an Indian, Morroccan, or Indonesian style - I get totally inspired by Yotam Ottolenghi especially.

 

Having said that, I LOVE the diversity of providing so many different dishes, flavours and recipes from different countries.   I cook with meat, fish and have a diverse range of vegetarian options.  Curries, veggie food and fish are my specialities.

 

I put all my passion for food and events into creating unique experiences for my clients, from the launch of a new product or a fund raising gala, to your wedding reception or a 60th birthday party, every event and client receives the utmost respect and attention to detail.
